- Best for: Recommended for medium-sized dogs — approximately up to ~25 lbs (examples: Corgis, French Bulldogs, Beagles, small Doodles). Use these breed/weight examples as a guideline; if your dog is stocky, choose by shoulder height and length rather than weight alone.
- Quick fit check: Your dog should be able to lie down comfortably inside the carrier. Measure your dog and compare to the carrier dimensions below.
How to measure your dog (2 quick steps):
- Measure length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail — this should be shorter than 21.7 inches for a comfortable lie-down.
- Measure height at the shoulder — this should be less than 17.7 inches so your dog can sit up without hitting the top.
If your dog's length and shoulder height fit within the measurements above, the carrier should be a good fit. For dogs near the upper range, allow extra room for turning and bedding.
