- Measure your pet's body length: from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail.
- Measure your pet's height at the shoulder (ground to top of shoulder blade).
- Measure your pet's widest point (shoulders or hips) to check width clearance, and note your pet's weight.
- How to compare — simple rule: your pet's body length should be less than 28.3 in and width less than 19.7 in to fit inside the basket footprint. For comfortable movement allow a few inches of extra length and width beyond your pet's measurements (so the pet can turn and lie down).
