Size Information
| Size | Best for (examples) | Recommended max weight |
|---|---|---|
| S | Very small dogs and cats — e.g., Chihuahua, Toy Poodle, Yorkie, small domestic cats | Up to ~12 lbs |
| L | Small, stocky or slightly larger small breeds — e.g., Pug, French Bulldog, Cocker Spaniel, small terriers | Up to ~25 lbs |
Quick selection guide
- If your pet is about ≤12 lbs and comfortably fits across your lap, choose S.
- If your pet is roughly 13–25 lbs or is short and stocky, choose L.
How to measure your dog (for a quick sanity check)
- Weigh your pet on a household scale — pounds (lbs) are the primary decision factor for this sling.
- Measure body length: from the base of the neck to the base of the tail (in inches) to confirm your pet will sit comfortably in a sling style carrier.
- Measure chest girth: wrap a soft tape around the widest part of the ribcage (behind the front legs). If your pet is near the upper end of a size range, prefer the larger size for comfort.
Notes: This is a sling-style, hands-free carrier — pets sit upright against your body. The carrier includes an internal safety hook to attach to a collar or harness. If your pet is between sizes, choose the larger size for a roomier, more comfortable fit.
