How to choose and measure

Measure your dog’s length: from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Choose a size where the carrier’s interior length is at least 1–2 in longer than this measurement.
Measure chest girth: wrap a tape measure around the widest part of the ribcage. Make sure your dog can comfortably fit through the carrier opening — allow about 1–2 in of extra room.
