• How to measure your pet (quick):
  1. Shoulder height — measure from the floor to the highest point of the shoulders while your pet is standing normally.
  2. Shoulder width — measure across the widest part of the shoulders (front legs included).
  3. Compare your pet’s measurements to the space where you’ll install the pet door. For comfortable passage, allow at least 2 in of extra clearance above the pet’s height and at least 2 in extra width beyond the pet’s shoulder width.
